USA Hockey Registration

Every year each player MUST register with USA Hockey prior to registering with CCHA. This is a separate fee. Membership in USA Hockey has always been mandatory for all youth players in Minnesota. Please visit https://membership.usahockey.com/ to register or click the link at the start of CCHA registration. The USA Hockey Confirmation Number is required to begin CCHA registration.

If this is your first time registering a player. Please enter your player's legal name as it appears on their birth certificate. You will also need to upload your player's birth certificate during registration.

If your addresses do not match and your USA Hockey Address is outside of ISD 112 Attendance Boundaries, your player will need a waiver to play for CCHA.
