Mite Pre-Season Camp
CCHA Little Stormhawks Preseason Camp focuses on the fundamentals and fun of hockey.
Players are grouped into their appropriate age groups and skill levels in order to maximize development. CCHA Little Stormhawks Preseason Camp specifically works on fundamentals designed for each group level: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Kids will learn and develop basic to advanced skating techniques based on each player and level ability.
We understand that growing hockey while building a winning program is based on developing our youngest skaters. We proudly coach to the USA hockey's ADM model, check out more info on the ADM website here: http://www.admkids.com/

Interested in Becoming a coach?
We rely on on-ice volunteers to help make the Mite Camps run smoothly. If you are able to stand on your skates, can smile, encourage kids and be patient; then please come out on the ice! All you need for equipment is a helmet, skates, and a stick. We also need help getting the equipment (goals/nets/cones/tires etc on and off the ice before and after each ice session.
Contact the Mite Camp Director at mites@cchockey.org for questions or more details. Also, when registering your child, check the box and fill out the section for On-Ice Helpers/Coaches. You can indicate which sessions you're willing to help with on our Sign-up.
